Hidden Secrets

A bit of exploration on how color can be used to influence setting and overall mood. At first I had no idea how to tackle this drawing (which explains the indecisiveness of coloring methods), but eventually, through experimentation, things started to click. Still in the "testing" phase of deciding how things will look in the book(s), but these practice sessions have definitely helped narrow things down.
